We offer energy efficient building services & HVAC solutions for all commercial & industrial heating, cooling & ventilation applications and work with all leading manufactures.
This combined with our in house design team and highly skilled workforce enable us to offer first class service throughout the HVAC market.
Process chillers are designed and built from the ground up to be more reliable, operate within tighter specified tolerances and to be more robust for continued operation when compared to chillers designed for HVAC. Chillers are specifically designed to cope with the rigours of manufacturing and critical processes.
Process chillers may cost slightly more than equivalent HVAC or comfort chillers but are significantly better value and fit for purpose in a critical process. A process chiller will deliver more accurate leaving water temperature, operate trouble free for longer, have a lower op-ex cost and a greater residual value.
Close control air conditioning equipment is used to control temperature (and optionally humidity) in rooms and enclosures containing heat generating equipment, such as servers, computers or telecommunications devices, and in some types of manufacturing process (e.g. clean rooms). The equipment typically operates continuously and has a much higher unit floor area cooling load requirement than conventional air conditioning.
Providing effective and efficient heating for a warehouse presents a number of challenges which need to be addressed, with reference to both the nature of the building and the layout of the storage facilities within it. Getting it wrong can result in poor heat distribution throughout the space, to the detriment of the comfort of people working in the building. It may also lead to wasting energy, thereby increasing running costs and carbon footprint.
Our customer base includes offices, data centres, manufacturing sites, health centres, laboratories, schools, government buildings, shopping centres, retail stores and leisure centres. Our key accounts are located in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire; although we can offer our services nationwide.
